How long will it take to receive my item/s?
Please allow up to 10 days for shipping. If you are in a hurry to receive your order please get in touch and I will do what I can to get your items to you as quickly as possible. Express postage can also be arranged if needed.
Do you ship Overseas?
Yes! However for International deliveries, orders will need to be placed through my Etsy Store

Do you take custom orders?
If you’d like a particular colour or style that you don’t already see online, just let me know. There is usually no additional charge for custom orders.
Damaged goods
All items are packaged securely, however, if your item happens to be damaged in the mail please send me a photo and I will post a replacement.
How do I clean/wash my concrete product/s?
All products are sealed and water-resistant but are intended for indoor use only. Simply wipe items down with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Never place items in a dishwasher or soak them in water. Avoid contact with chemicals or dyes, and avoid scratching the surface.
